My Account and My Collection

Q. Does it cost anything to create an account?

A. No, setting up an account is completely free and allows you to save designs, purchase gift cards, receive store credit and share designs with your family and friends on facebook and twitter.

Q. What if I forget my password?

A. On the log-in screen select “Forgot password” link. Enter your email address associated with your Vastrm account. A temporary password will be delivered to your inbox. Select the provided link, enter the temporary password. You will then be asked enter a new password. Select enter. Your new password will then be active.

Q. What is my collection?

A. My collection allows you to store all your designs. You can retrieve any design stored in my collection at a later point in time, allowing you to continue your design, or to proceed with the purchase.

Q. How can I create my collection?

A. Click my collection at the top of the screen. If you're not already a Vastrm member, follow the instructions to register. You'll have a user name and password that allows you to access your collection at any time.

Q. How can I add a design to my collection?

A. Once you are registered and logged in to your account. You can save any number of designs by selecting “add to my collection” on step 4 (Select Size + Fit) or you can also add any of the Get Inspired shirts to your collection by clicking the “+ to my collection” link.

Q. How can I order the same shirt in multiple sizes for a team or a special event?

A. After designing and personalizing your team’s shirt, add the shirt to “my collection” in order to save the design. Once it is saved you can return to the same shirt, and select different sizes and fits that you will then add to the cart. You can add multiple sizes and quantities of sizes to your cart at once. Once you are complete, review the cart to make sure you have all the correct sizes and quantities and begin checkout. All items in the cart must be paid for on one credit card and shipped to one address.

Q. How do I receive store credit for referring a friend?

A. Simply log into your account. Select invite a friend on upper right corner. Email the invitation to a friend to join Vastrm. When your friend makes a purchase, we will automatically credit your account $25, excluding returns. Other restrictions may apply.

Q. Is my account information safe?

A. We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. We respect your privacy by not selling any information you share on our site. For more information see our full Privacy Policy located on footer.
