Q. How long does it take for my custom-designed shirt to leave the design facility?
A. Your shirt will be should arrive approximately 3 weeks after your order is placed.
Q. How much is shipping and handling?
A. For a limited time, shipping is free anywhere in the US. Currently, we only ship to the US. If you live outside the US and are interested in purchasing a shirt, please email us at email@example.com and we will see how we may accommodate you.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A. Sorry, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A. U.S. sales tax will be applied as defined by law. This information will be detailed when proceeding with the payment of the order.
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. We currently only ship to US addresses via our website. If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in designing a shirt with us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do to accommodate you. Note, there may be additional shipping and duty charges and the orders may take longer to deliver, if outside the US.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. To track your order, log in and select My Account > Orders. We will also send you an email with a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you receive a shirt and are unhappy with it for any reason, you are able to return it within 30 days as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. If the shirt was defective or there was a quality issue, we will happily refund or remake your shirt and pay for all shipping costs for the return and exchange. If for any other reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. We only ask in any case that you return the shirt in the condition it was received and include the original packaging. That is, unwashed and preferably not after a round of golf or tennis :) Since each shirt is made individually, we are not able to process exchanges of one Vastrm shirt for a different shirt. In that case, to receive a replacement for your Vastrm shirt, simply use your store credit to place a new order online. To process your return, simply email us at email@example.com informing us about the nature of the problem, and we will then provide you with an address and instructions to ship your return. Unless the shirt is defective, customers will be responsible for the one way return shipment.
Q. Can I cancel or modify an order once it’s been placed?
A. We start processing your shirt order immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications to Vastrm orders are not possible.
